Lemon Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
Cream Cheese                                   250g
Creamer/Sweetened condensed milk  500g (1 can)
Egg                                                    1pc

Base
Digestive biscuits   - about 6pcs
Melted butter     -    125g

Prepare base
1.Melted butter,  see above picture.
2.You can use digestive biscuit, marie biscuit or chocolae cookies. Crush the biscuits or cookies into crumbs mix with melted butter.
3.Then press onto the base of the baking tin, remember put in aluminium foil.
5. Chill in the fridge.

Prepare cheese mixture
1. Beat cream cheese, condensed milk on medium speed with an electric mixer until very well blended.

2. Make sure all the cream cheese gets mixed in well. Add eggs , lemon juice and mix.


3.Pour into crust and bake at 160 C  for about 30 minutes. pour water on baking tray , then the cheese mixture pan put on it. See below picture.

 This is to avoid the cheese cake become too dry.

4. Leave it in the oven for about 1 hour, let it cool in the oven. 
5. Refrigerate it for 6 hours or more then serve.

Butter cake- recipe 2

Ingredients
 Butter 125g
Sugar 80g
Eggs 2pcs
Wheat Flour 200g
Fresh milk 2tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Salt  a pinch
Cooking oil 1tsp

Methods :-
1.Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

2.Beat butter and sugar till soft and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add salt.

3.In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt 3 times. Fold in the sifted ingredients into the creamed mixture alternately with milk, cooking oil starting and ending with flour.

4.Pour batter into a
greased or cake tin (about 8inch round shape, also can put aluminium foil in the cake tin) and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until a skewer inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean.

5.Remove cake from oven and let it cool.


note : I found this recipe is more nicer than the previous one.

Egg Bread

Ingredients
Bread - 2pcs (cut into half)
Egg - 1pc (beat)
Butter - 1tbsp


Method
1. Put butter into non stick pan, apply egg on both side of the bread (see below).
2. Fry both side of the bread.

Easy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

Eggs- 2pc
Butter -1tbsp
Milk - 2tbsp
Shredded cheese (optional) - some

Method
1. Beat eggs, add water/milk, mix well.
2. Put butter on non stick pan.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan when the pan has warmed and the butter is bubbly.
4. Cook the eggs over medium heat until you see the edges start to appear firm. At this point, stir the eggs and begin to scramble them.
5. Lower the heat to medium low or low when the eggs appear almost cooked all the way through.
6. Remove the scrambled eggs from the pan and serve. You can put on shredded cheese now.
 
Note : you can put on shredded cheese when it is still cooking in the pan, or after remove it from the pan.

Onion Chicken Baked Rice



Ingredients
Butter - 2tbsp
Onion - 1pc (chopped)
Garlic - 3 pips (peeled and chopped)
Chicken thighs (deboned and cut into small pieces) - 2pcs or chicken whole leg 1 pc
Rice - 200g (or 1 1/2 cups) - washed and drained
Boiling Water - 350ml

Seasoning
Salt - 1tsp
Black pepper - 1tsp

Method
1. Use non stick pan, heat up butter , stir fry onion and garlic, add in chicken and rice. stir fry until rice turns into transparent , use medium heat.
2. Put rice mixture into a baking tray, add in boiling water, seasoning and mix well.
3. Cover the baking tray with aluminium foil (see picture below).
4. Pre-heated oven at 180 C.
5. Put baking tray into oven and bake for 20minutes at 180 C.
6. Leave it in the oven for another 20 minutes before removing.
7. Remove the baking tray and serve.

Note : You can change chicken to other type of meat.

Easy Pan Cake

Ingredients :

Flour – 90 g
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
salt – a pinch
sugar – 1 tablespoons
Egg  -1pc
Fresh Milk -100ml
Olive oil - 1 tbsp

Method:

1. Mix dry ingredients above in a bowl. Make a well.
2. Add in beated egg, mix and beat well.
3.Add milk ,  oil , mix or whisk the batter until there are no lumps, leave for 30 minutes or until bubles form on the surface.
4. Use a non-stick pan and fry. Do not use any oil.
5.Pour a huge tablespoon and leave for a while until bubbles burst and form tiny holes. Flip over and brown the other side.
6.Serve pancakes with a dollop of butter and maple syrup, or you can add cheese during fry.

note : this can made about 10 pancakes, just double up the ingredients if wish to make more.

Methods :-

Egg Tarts

Egg Tarts Pastry :-
Ingredients :
Butter 125g
Icing sugar 50g
Egg 1/2 pc
Wheat flour 280g

1. Butter and icing sugar mix and beat well, until become white.
2. Add in egg, then beat well.
3. Put in flour, mix well , until become soft dough.
4. Divide into small portions and shape into balls, press to tart mould.

Egg Tart filling :-
Ingredients
Sugar 80g
Egg 1.5pcs
Evaporated milk 90ml
Hot Water 180ml

1. Dissolve the sugar in the hot water, leave aside to cool down.
2. Stir in the egg, evaporated milk with sugar and water (cool).
3. Mix well then refrigerate it for 30 minutes before poring it into the tart mould.
4, Pre-heat the oven at 200 C.
5. 5 minutes for 200 C, 150C for 15 minutes.
