Butter 125g
Sugar 80g
Eggs 2pcs
Wheat Flour 200g
Fresh milk 2tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Salt a pinch
Cooking oil 1tsp
Methods :-
1.Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
2.Beat butter and sugar till soft and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add salt.
3.In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt 3 times. Fold in the sifted ingredients into the creamed mixture alternately with milk, cooking oil starting and ending with flour.
4.Pour batter into a greased or cake tin (about 8inch round shape, also can put aluminium foil in the cake tin) and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until a skewer inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean.
5.Remove cake from oven and let it cool.
note : I found this recipe is more nicer than the previous one.
