- Get enough sleep -failing to get enough sleep or sleeping at odd hours will increase the risk for variety of illnesses, i.e. cancer, heart disease, diabetes and obesity and etc.
- Shutdown the box !! - switch off TV, notebooks, pc . all the boxes, at least a week. go out to exercise, jogging, hiking , swimming, go for gym !

- Laughing - laugh can reduce the risk of variety of illness, with positive attitude and thinking , will suffer less from conditions such as heart disease, you laugh will make people surround you laugh too !
- Hug - hugging your loved ones everyday, can reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes, cause when hugging, will lower blood pressure and reduce levels of the stress hormone cortisol.
- Connect with people - proper social network will have more better healthy lifestyle, will reduce stress.
- Drink warm water- warm water is more healthy compare to ice water, the benefits, such as calming of the digestion system and the clearing of the nasal cavity, remove the deposits in the nervous system, which in turn will eventually boost your mood and mental status.
- Get a Pet - interaction with pets, will reduce the stress hormone cortisol.
- Better posture- will stay healthy with good posture. Bodies and minds are undergo stress everyday, let your body have better posture , if not muscle tension will create some illnesses, i.e. gastro-intestinal, headaches, migraines, insomnia, backache and etc.
